Whether you are a new student in our system or a returning student, please follow the instructions below to login to your course dashboard.

1. Find the email titled, "Your Synapse Course Login Details"

If you cannot find the email, try looking in your spam or promotion folders first. If you still cannot find this email, you can reach out to us at: [email protected]

2. Go to: https://login.synapsecare.com/

Be sure to bookmark this page so you can easily sign in to your course.

3. Enter your Username and Password to sign in

Use the provided login credentials to sign in to your course dashboard.

4. If you forgot your password

You can either click on the "Forgot your password?" link or please reach out to us if you need assistance and we will be happy to help reset your password: [email protected]

5. Your Course Dashboard

All your paid courses and freebies will appear in your course dashboard. Any locked courses are additional courses you may purchase.

Once you open the login page, you will be prompted to install the SynapseCare app. Please follow the prompts for your phone. You will be adding a shortcut to your phone's main screen.

You can login to the app using the same credentials as when you sign in using the desktop version.
