    Shipping Instructions

    Package Handling Charges:

    • Packages received 5 or more days prior to event will be charged a storage fee (See Package Storage Fee Below).
    • The guest receiving the package is required to provide a signature to receive the packages and confirm where the handling charges are to be billed.
    • The group is responsible for packaging items for outbound shipment. The Resort does not carry UPS or FedEx labels. Clients who are in need of shipping services should refer to shipping company’s websites to print labels. The Resort does not carry any package materials.
    • All outbound packages include payment information with the shipping companies directly.
    • All outgoing packages must be labeled by 5:00 PM on Departure date.
    • All Packages MUST adhere to the label system highlighted below. Boxes NOT labeled properly will be sent back to sender.
