These are unprecedented times. The COVID-19 Pandemic has brought the global healthcare community to its knees. While this pandemic has (thankfully) spared our vulnerable population, our families and staff feel the burden of social distancing requirements, staffing stretch, and visitation guidelines that have, in some cases, completely blocked parents from being at their baby’s bedside. We’ve compiled a list of resources that we hope will help NICU staff and the families we serve

Hand to Hold Launches Virtual Support Group for NICU Families

The virtual services are available free of charge to all families and caregivers of NICU babies and have been sponsored by Huggies.
Hand to Hold will offer multiple groups each week in English and Spanish starting on April 7. Parents can register for groups on the organization’s website where dates and times are listed.
