WHY Me? WHY This? WHY Now?
As we look back on the last year, these 3 simple sentences are words to live by. And that’s why it’s the theme of the 2021 ONE Conference.
Do you ever say this to yourself as you’re getting report to start your shift? We all have. But what if you turned this around and thought about these three simple sentences in a new way. What if instead of thinking “Why me?” like you were being punished, you realized that you might have something unique to bring to this exact situation?
There are many dreaded situations we encounter in the NICU and it’s easy to wish someone else could deal with it. But what if you turned this around too? You are the perfect person to learn, support, or serve in this moment.
This could be happening anytime, but it’s not… it’s happening when you are there. Maybe you have a special gift, talent, or reason for being with that baby or that family in that exact moment.
What if you turned these 3 sentences into a mantra? What if you could see why you are uniquely perfect to be the ONE person who can make a difference in this ONE moment.
This is the purpose of the ONE Conference.

*** FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ***
When are the sessions and how long are they?
The general sessions will take place over two weekends, June 11-12 and 25-26. In between the general sessions will be bonus specialty workshops and breakout sessions. Check the full agenda for dates and time.
Will they be recorded?
Yes, we know that you might not be able to make all the sessions, so we will record the live sessions and add them to your course dashboard within 48 hours so that you have access to the recordings on-demand **when you are ready. (The only sessions that will not be recorded are the round-table breakout sessions as these are live and interactive)
How long can I watch them?
You will have lifetime access to the recordings.
What if I can’t attend any of the live sessions? Is this conference still for me?
Yes! The recordings will be comprehensive on their own. Plus, everyone who signs up for the conference also receives access to our networking app where you can connect with other participants, ask questions, and further discuss session topics
Can I earn Nursing CEU credit? Do you offer CE credit for other disciplines?
Yes, individuals attending the live sessions will be eligible to earn nursing continuing education credit. We only have sought approval for nursing CE credit, however, the CA State BRN accreditation may be reciprocal for other disciplines, and is recognized in most other States. Check with your State Board to confirm eligibility.
Is this only for nurses?
No! Anyone can join the conference! There will be key takeaways for all members of the healthcare team.
Who are the speakers?
We have an international group of Neonatologists, Neurologists, parents, NNPs, OT’s, PT’s and bedside nurses teaching the content.
